I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker providing individual psychotherapy to adults 18+, specializing in ADHD. I work collaboratively to help clients understand the contexts shaping their lives, build on strengths, and discover new ways to live with greater balance and authenticity. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to healing, and I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where vulnerability is met with empathy. I especially enjoy working with young adults, college students, and those newly diagnosed with ADHD. As an ADHDer myself, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience.
I’m also passionate about supporting women across the lifespan, including perinatal mental health, parenting, or those in high-stress careers. My experience includes areas of anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, self-esteem, perfectionism, trauma, and relationship issues. My style is warm, conversational, and rooted in curiosity.
I practice through a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and LGBTQ+ affirming lens, honoring the whole person and the many factors shaping their wellbeing. Whether navigating a specific challenge or seeking overall mental wellness, I aim to help clients feel seen, supported, and understood as they build their own path to healing.
