About
I practice person-centered therapy. I will listen to you with total presence and mindfulness from the first time meeting. I will connect with you where you are at the present moment and help you to walk your journey to a healthier you. I am also an eclectic therapist, which means I will draw on the tools that we decide are the most beneficial to your personal healing process. I look forward to working with you!
I have worked with pregnant families for over 20 years as a doula and childbirth educator. I have worked with infertility, ppd, birth trauma and bonding issues, and teen pregnancy. I am trained in infant massage education and Circle of Security to help with parent child relationships.
I am a Certified Infant Massage Educator. I am a big believer in the power of touch. Teaching families to massage their baby to promote bonding is one of my favorite tools.
