Clients have described my approach as empathetic, collaborative, and experiential, with plenty of room for laughter. I draw from holistic practices such as mindfulness, Parts Work (IFS), Somatic awareness, Narrative Reprocessing, and Self-Compassion. My training in EFCT (Emotionally focused couple therapy) is central to helping couples strengthen their bond.
