Seeking support can feel like staring up the face of a mountain. I respect the delicate nature of inner work and consider it an earned privilege to be invited into spaces where healing and growth can happen. Everyone is welcome. Maybe you're hoping to discover new and more authentic parts of yourself. Maybe you are exploring your unique sexual values/identity. Maybe you know something is shifting inside you or your relationship, but have no idea where to start.

In our collaborative space, you will find warmth, thoughtful challenge, and plenty of room for laughter. I draw on holistic practices such as Somatic awareness, Narrative Reprocessing, Self-Compassion, and EFT (emotion focused therapy) to help approach relational and attachment wounds. I ally with TGNB people and am sex/kink positive.
