Sara B. Willerson, LCSW, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Little Elm
Hello! I am a licensed clinical worker and I work with the modality of equine facilitated psychotherapy in my practice with children, adolescents, and adults. Additionally, I offer office based sessions in Denton.
Sitting in a office with a therapist can be scary and uncomfortable and this modality provides a natural setting for anyone who has experienced trauma,PTSD, grief, disordered eating, addiction, anxiety, depression, loss of creativity, or unexplained emotional or physical blocks due to a variety of transitional issues in life.
