I specialize in working with children and young adults (ages 1–30), with a strong focus on trauma-informed care as an EMDR-trained therapist. While EMDR is often at the core of my work to help clients process and heal from distressing experiences, I also integrate a multi-modal approach tailored to each client’s needs.

Teen Parts Group Registration
The Teen Parts Group is a 6-week therapeutic group for teens experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, or relational stress. Using parts-based work, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and DBT-informed skills, teens build emotional awareness, self-compassion, and coping skills in a supportive group setting.
