This is a skills-based group focusing on DBT skills to help teens with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and social or family problems. Children's Coping Toolbox Group
A (virtual) group for kids aged 7-11 where we learn all about emotions, like how to accurately identify and express feelings. We will explore relaxation techniques as well as self-regulation techniques to help manage Impulsivity, Inattentiveness, Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Grief and Trauma! I use a CBT and Play Therapy approach to keep everyone having fun and learning at the same time!
