Therapy to me- is like Kintsugi, the art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with gold, - making it even more beautiful. This treats breakage/flaws as the most amazing part. It takes on a positive approach to healing. "Trauma" actually means wound- once healed- it can be stronger than ever before.
I offer a safe place to share & process in an empathetic, compassionate & understanding tone. I have worked in the mental health field since 2008 & have a wide range of knowledge. My most passionate areas of work are trauma, grief, depression & anxiety. I have done therapy with individuals, couples, families & group settings.
