I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up as you are, not as the version of yourself that feels polished or expected to have it all together. I enjoy working with individuals and couples whose lives have been shaped by substance use, including those in recovery, partners, adult children, and parents. My approach is harm-reduction based, and I’m interested in how addiction and recovery impact attachment, trust, relationships, and the ways people learn to care for and protect one another.
I also work with immigrants and children of immigrants exploring bicultural identity, family expectations, belonging, and generational patterns. My approach is relational, warm, honest, and curious. I speak Hindi and Urdu and welcome conversations about culture, identity, family, faith, and the parts of yourself that may feel difficult to explain elsewhere.
