I'm only accepting new clients for EMDR Intensives and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). However, I'm happy to refer to another clinician at my practice with openings for individual therapy. I believe we all have the potential to better ourselves, and that growth occurs while exploring the root causes of issues - not just treating symptoms. I have a holistic approach, treating the entire person rather than a disorder or specific hardship. I view my clients as experts on their own lives and my role as the facilitator of change. I help address my clients' struggles while, equally importantly, maintaining areas of strength.
I've worked with individuals and families nationwide and abroad specializing in PTSD/trauma, dissociation, diabetes and other autoimmune disorders, behavior management, family systems, addiction, and emotional disturbance. I work closely with my clients to create a relationship based in compassion and trust.
I'm certified in EMDR therapy and trained in DBT and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I'm also an EMDR Consultant in Training (CIT), accepting referrals to provide EMDR consultation to therapists. I also regularly integrate Schema-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapies into my work with clients.

Virtual Young Adult DBT Skills Group (ages 18-24)
This is a virtual group for emerging adults seeking Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. We cover all three DBT modules, each running for 8 weeks: Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Mindfulness skills are incorporated into all modules. DBT skills help clients cope more effectively with intense emotions, ineffective behaviors, and/or relationship struggles. They aim to reduce self-destructive behaviors and build adaptive ways to manage painful emotions. We'd love to have you!
