I specialize in trauma-informed counseling for individuals, couples, and families. I am EMDR-trained through an EMDRIA-approved program and use EMDR and TF-CBT to help clients process trauma, reduce anxiety, and strengthen relationships. For those who desire it, I offer Christian counseling.
