Stress comes at many times in our lives. Sometimes that stress can be so overwhelming we don't know where to go and it feels like our inner world is chaotic when all we want is peace. I've worked with teenagers with the demands and pressure of adolescence, young adults going through life adjustments feeling the race, a new journey into parenthood full of worries, job transition chaos, older children leaving the home, retirement and beyond. I offer a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment for anyone to process their concerns and find peace within themselves.
I have worked with children and families experiencing significant stress-related life experiences for 16 years. I graduated with my bachelors in social work in 2009 and with a masters in social work in 2010. I provide a wholistic, compassionate, non-judgmental environment to work through whatever concerns are causing an issue in your life.
