I have experience and knowledge working with individuals who live with; depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, schizophrenia/dissociative, PTSD, substance abuse disorder, suicide and self-harm, LGBTQ+, and grief. I have an education in evidence-based therapies, such as but not limited to CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma informed, harm-reduction, and animal assisted therapy. I have a LCSW and CADC. I graduated with my masters in 2020; however, I have been practicing in this field of work since 2014 advocating, educating, learning resources, and being a part of the day to day lives of those who are struggling. My dog (Serj) and I were certified in 2024, allowing me to being utilizing animal assisted therapy in sessions.

I have a deep understanding for those in need, for the unheard or forgotten, and struggling to ask for help. I help provide a voice to those individuals, building on skills to live a satisfying and full life instead of surviving it, and allowing individuals the chance to see beyond their mental health.
