Hello! My name is Sar, and I'm also looking for a therapist on Psychology Today and feeling overwhelmed that there aren't many neurodivergent affirming, harm reduction, social justice aligned, queer, Latinx therapists in West Philly—but nevertheless, we persist. I try my best to balance being a relational therapist, sharing lived experiences, and being open, authentic, and unmasked, while also being consent-forward and honoring that this space is a container for you to build the person you are trying to become.
Sessions can look a lot of different ways. We might talk, make art, write, go for a walk, or be in nature. I offer guided visualizations, creative prompts, and moments of stillness—always with flexibility, consent, and care. However we work, my goal is to support you and honor your pace.
I’m really grateful you’ve taken the time to read this and are carefully looking for someone to support you in your life. Honestly, this part—reaching out, searching—is the hard part. I try to meet every person with empathy, curiosity, and zero judgment. If anything here resonated, I’d be honored to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.
