Sappho is a testament to resilience and determination. As a formerly incarcerated citizen who has overcome the challenges of drug addiction, domestic abuse, and sexual abuse, she has a deeply personal understanding and compassion for working with others.
For 10+ years, I have practiced a client-centered approach focusing on empowerment & strength; and trauma-focused care addressing a myriad of issues. My mission as a therapist is to provide a skilled, competent, safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic space to transform the lives of individuals, couples, and families. I seek to transform lives on purpose.
