With over 10 years of experience in behavioral health across Monterey County, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and substance use recovery. As a dually licensed therapist and EMDR practitioner trained through the Parnell
My approach is both clinical and holistic. I integrate evidence-based practices like EMDR with a broader understanding of how the mind and body are connected. This allows us to not only manage symptoms, but to explore and shift the deeper patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck or disconnected. I also offer leadership coaching.
