I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, cultural concerns, relationship problems, substance use, psychosis, and other severe mental health disorders. I place a strong emphasis on holistic care and determining how all life factors lead to the presenting problem the client is coming in for.
I have extensive experience working with adults and children from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of mental health concerns — from everyday life stressors to severe mental illnesses.
