It works with anyone who may be reluctant or unable to communicate what they are thinking or feeling verbally.
Because we are all unique, we may not fit with a specific therapeutic technique. This is why I see individuals through a holistic lens. My approach is client-centered, which means that the therapy focuses on what works for the person. There are many evidence-based practices to integrate within this approach such as CBT, DBT, Adlerian, and mindfulness.
