I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing trauma-focused, anxiety reduction, empowerment-focused therapy since 2019 for teen and adult patients with trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I work with a diverse range of individuals. I am fully trained in EMDR therapy, with a level 2 certification in Gottman Therapy. My approach includes reprocessing traumatic or adverse experiences & triggers, building up a client's self-confidence, sense of power, and positive self-image to help create an enjoyable lifestyle.
We will gently analyze together what has and hasn't worked for you in the past and then apply your strengths with new interpretation. I use a trauma-informed lens and integrate multiple approaches to change behavior and interpersonal interactions. At the base of all my work is your narrative - both the one you tell yourself and the one you want to live.
