Sometimes it is us who, deep inside, feel like we’re not enough. We might feel limited by people’s expectations, unable to know what we truly need and want. Maybe something happened along the way, even a long time ago, that still haunts you, making life and relationships harder. People come to therapy for different reasons and everyone’s journey is unique. We are all doing our best, looking for change, growth, and to live our best life.
I work with people to get to the root of what troubles them. I help them become aware of what holds them back, understand what is going on, change old patterns, and find ways to feel more empowered and connected. My goal is to help people develop a sense of self-acceptance and agency, in order to live a more authentic and meaningful life.
We'll do this by working together to create a space that is free of judgment. A space where all your thoughts and feelings will be welcomed, where your experiences will be witnessed with compassion. Starting therapy can be anxiety provoking but you are taking a courageous first step in a journey you don’t have to take alone. I look forward to meeting you!
