My name is Santana and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Substance use Disorder Professional offering virtual services.
I use a variety of therapy methods, varying from CBT, Play Therapy, and trauma informed lens. All therapy models used are done in a way to encourage positive new views of self and adopt new healthier coping skills to address feelings life situations head on.
