I have a broad variety of therapeutic experience to include crisis intervention and trauma informed care. As an eclectic counselor, I strive to be open-minded and creatively solution but person-centered, utilizing multiple treatment modalities with a high emphasis on strengths and taking small steps to achieve the best and most desired outcome in treatment.
Therapy can be overwhelming, intimidating and scary, so I try to help clients be comfortable with genuine regard and active listening from the very first meet.
