I am a licensed clinical counselor, an art therapist, trauma and addictions specialist and the director of Santa Fe Wellness Center. It is an honor and a privilege for me to do this work. I have a Bachelor's degree in Art Education and a Master's Degree in Art Therapy earned in 2005. My approach is Humanistic, Transpersonal, and Solution-Focused. My experience is primarily with trauma, PTSD, depression, mood disorder, grief and loss, attachment and intimacy disorder, chemical and process addiction.
The idea of art can sometimes be intimidating for people, but this a different kind of "art." Art therapy is not about creating a beautiful picture. It is about expressing yourself in an authentic and personal way. I invite you to consider this gentle process of deep healing potential.
