Our diverse team includes three bilingual (Spanish/English) therapists, one bilingual (English/Wolof) therapist, and two English-speaking therapists. We provide services for individuals seeking support through life’s challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, pregnancy/prenatal/postpartum concerns, life transitions, trauma, low self-esteem, codependency, grief, and more.
Our providers utilize different approaches based on your needs and preferences. We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills.
