Women's Empowerment Group
The hardest part of recovery is reaching out to other people for help. There are people that can understand, relate and help start you on the process of healing. Begin working with others in a safe and trusting therapeutic environment and begin the process of healing from sexual abuse. This is a process therapy group utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and the task centered model to assist in the recovery from sexual abuse. Fees for this group are assessed on a per month basis.

Men's Sexual Addiction Process Group LA
The LA men's sexual addiction group provides a safe, confidential, and shame-free environment for men to share their struggles - and successes - with other men going through similar difficulties. Members will learn accountability to self and others, gain support to work a recovery program, receive insights into past trauma and pain, have opportunities to share their story, and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. Fees for this group are assessed on a monthly basis.

Social Skills Group for Students ages 12-14
Covid-19 is impacting adolescents in many ways, including their social, emotional, and mental well-being. This group will provide a safe and supportive environment for teens to expand their social skills, while fostering new relationships and expanding their social network. This group will focus on specific needs of the group members, as well as self-advocacy, social communication, relationship building and navigating/maintaining relationships. The Social Skills Group may be appropriate for teens struggling with anxiety, social anxiety, depression or other social and behavioral challenges. This group is facilitated by Margaret Guzman, AMFT.
