Hello! Welcome - I work with adults, families, couples, first responders and leaders who are seeking both deep personal insight and practical solutions. Many of my clients are navigating stress, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, or the demands of high-pressure roles. I believe that understanding how the past shapes the present is key to meaningful growth, but I also focus on tangible strategies so clients move forward in ways that feel empowering and effective. My approach is warm, collaborative, strategic and insight-driven. I value deep connection with my clients and strive to create a comfortable place to grow.
I am exceptionally good at analyzing situations, discovering hidden insights, working with clients in deep and practical ways. My approach ensures that therapy is tailored to each individual after a thorough assessment. I am lucky to have had some of the best training in several specialties (EMDR, IPT,EFT, Psychodynamic, CBT, Grief, Wellness, Bowen therapy).
Life is difficult and everyone needs help sometimes. Family and friends are so important as our helpers, but sometimes we need an outside perspective with an understanding of how humans work. I am a caring and supportive person and will allow you a safe place to share struggles, to grow and live your best possible life. We will be a team in this journey.
