About
Do you find yourself thinking, "Something is wrong. Why am I feeling this way?" Do you have times when you feel overwhelmed and tense? Are you afraid of failing and that you will never feel good enough? I want to help ease your anxiety and walk with you through your depression. I'll help shine some light on your concerns, so that you will not have to feel alone in your thoughts and feelings. We're going to figure this out together. My role as your therapist is to help you gain the knowledge, the skills, and resources within yourself and your environment to reach contentment as you define it.
I have had the opportunity to work in multiple settings including psychiatric hospitals, outpatient centers, autism clinics, a school, private practice, and a non-profit agency; this has led me to tailor my counseling techniques for each unique individual in their environment.
