As a Bangladeshi American Muslim from New York, I understand how culture, family, faith, and community can shape how we experience ourselves and the world. My background in community education, university counseling, and private practice has shaped a warm, collaborative approach tailored to each person. Outside of my clinical work, I’m passionate about mental health advocacy, music, books, and Dungeons & Dragons.

Together, we can explore patterns that may be holding you back, deepen your self-understanding, and strengthen your relationships.
