Are you looking for a therapist for your self, a loved one or your child? As an art therapist, I use a holistic approach in my practice. I love working with individuals who need the space to find or rediscover their voice in the midst of anxiety, depression, challenging relationships, trouble at work, trauma or loss. I focus on creating a safe and nurturing environment to help build on strengths and recognize one's resilience. We all need help at times accessing our voice, working through the ways we are stuck, and finding happiness through the choices we make.

I offer individual art therapy and mindfulness workshops at Circle Art Studio. It is a relaxed, inspiring, and artistic atmosphere for people who love art or want to explore it for the first time. I am a registered, board-certified art therapist and a certificate in Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

My specialty is working with cultural and immigrant issues. My intention as an art therapist is to help each person find a voice through art, mindfulness, and meditation. Every individual needs a unique approach, and I work towards providing a creative approach to each situation.
