I work with adults and couples who want to move beyond understanding their patterns and create change they can actually feel. I especially support people navigating trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and intergenerational patterns.
My approach is somatic, relational, and trauma-informed. We bring mindful attention to emotions, body sensations, and nervous-system responses, moving at a pace that feels right for each client’s pace. Drawing from Hakomi, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, attachment and family therapy, I help clients develop greater flexibility, self-compassion and choice.
Therapy with me is collaborative and curious—not about forcing you to become someone else. I offer in-person therapy in Mt. Airy, Philadelphia, and telehealth throughout Pennsylvania.
