I believe in promoting emotional growth and development. The therapy process is tailored to each client's presenting issues.
In addition to anxiety and depression, other specialties include: perinatal mental health, trauma and PTSD, adjustment/stress, self-esteem, relational problems and grief/loss. I also provide sessions in Spanish. I also offer Walk & Talk sessions.
