About
I'm a certified EMDR therapist licensed in NH, ME and MA. My passions are trauma, young adults, adults, the LGBTQ+ community & the slightly eccentric and off-beat. I have no interest in being a cookie cutter, blank slate type therapist! If that’s what you’re looking for I may not for you. A comfortable, safe connection is top priority. I have experience providing therapy in college counseling and this population is near to my heart. I'm an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, ally to the community and enjoy working with people as they discover who they are and how to live authentically.
I’ve been supporting people for 15+ years in various capacities and now offer individual therapy, including EMDR, to support: trauma, self-esteem, low confidence, interpersonal relationships, marriage, job stress, depression, anxiety, gender/sexuality expression, pregnancy/postpartum/loss and more.
My goal is to be a welcoming space where you can find full acceptance of who you are, gain awareness and feel heard. Be yourself and be proud. My personality is super down-to-earth, (I drop the occasional F-bomb), yet professional. When I'm not working I'm practicing Ashtanga Yoga, knitting, graveyard wandering or watching spooky things.
