We all go through difficult times in our lives and need support, a listening ear, and sometimes someone to walk with us on our journey. I have always felt honored when people allow me to join alongside them. My hope is to create a compassionate and safe space for each person. Change is incredibly hard sometimes, and asking for help is the first step.
I have over 20 years of experience working with children, teenagers, and adults in outpatient and inpatient settings. Some of my experiences include helping people with depression, anxiety, life stressors, relationship struggles, trauma, mood disorders, suicidality, self-harm, and fertility struggles.
Psychological testing can also be a valuable tool for children, adults, and families. My collaborative approach allows each person to have a voice and leave the assessment with greater understanding and resources. I provide trauma assessments, ADHD screenings and assessments, and personality assessment.
