Have you often seen yourself as weird and feel like you never belong? Do you often wonder how to go beyond shame and move towards cultivating self-compassion and acceptance so that you can show up for yourself and your communities? Do you ever ask yourself who you are beyond your trauma? Or how you can utilize your gifts, experiences, imagination, and perspectives to have a positive impact on our world?
As a neurodivergent, queer, Black, multi-ethnic person with highly sensitive traits, I understand the need to navigate and approach life through an intersectional lens. I have experience working with folks who come from creative and artistic backgrounds, LGBTQ+ communities, Black, Latinx, mixed-race and multi-ethnic backgrounds.
I'm committed to approaching therapy through a decolonized lens and advancing the integration of holistic and ancestral forms of healing while practicing person-centered/humanistic modalities. You do not have to do this journey alone. I hope you'll reach out, so we can work together to get you flourishing!
