I enjoy working with teens, adults and elders; one of my strengths is helping you find yours. My style is supportive and engaging. Fear of the unknown is common to us humans, so sometimes the path to self-discovery can feel scary and dark, even though it more often leads to more light. I work with clients who are motivated and eager to learn more about themselves in a non-judgmental and creative therapy space. I will work closely with you to transform unconscious and negative thinking into a more fulfilling and embodied life, where satisfaction and self-acceptance are more prominent.
I see clients with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, struggling with conflict, relationship issues, life issues. I enjoy teens, college students and young adults, to navigate through school stress, identity and social concerns and test anxiety. I also work with adults who are facing the challenges of aging, maturity, and caregiving.
It can be hard to initiate therapy when one does not know what to expect. The key is to know when you are struggling, to accept that truth, and to take that first step to reach out.
