How about a little more pleasure and a lot less pain? Relationships and sex can bring us immense pleasure, but sometimes they come with a side of pain, in the form of discomfort, insecurity, sadness, and even embarrassment. Sex is one of the greatest, most natural sources of human pleasure, but for women and vulva owners who experience conditions such as vaginismus or vulvodynia, it can be a source of frustration and physical pain. One of my biggest passions is working with these clients to validate their experiences, and help find solutions to alleviate the pain and bring back the joy and pleasure of sex and intimacy.
In addition to my focus on women’s sexual wellness, I enjoy helping clients maintain fulfilling relationships. I welcome both monogamous and nontraditional relationship structures, and am passionate about working with individuals and couples on topics such as jealousy, personal values, and self-advocacy. You never have to settle for something you don’t want.
Above all, I want to create a safe, validating space for you to discuss your thoughts and feelings. Too many people believe that they shouldn’t express themselves or feel their feelings, but in my opinion that does more harm than good. I'd be thrilled to chat more about how I can help!
