I’m passionate about working with couples and individuals as they explore the barriers that are holding them back in their relationships to help them move beyond their mental blocks and behavioral patterns - in the areas of sexual dysfunction, emotions, communication, and authentic self-expression.
I specialize in working with couples who need help with desire discrepancy (mismatched libido) or emotional regulation, as well as women / vulva owners who have painful sex / fear. I welcome clients in both monogamous and nontraditional relationship structures, encouraging discussions about jealousy, autonomy, respect, personal values, and self-advocacy.
