I am an integrative psychologist and AASECT certified sex therapist utilizing a variety of modalities tailored to individuals', partners', and groups' needs: mindfulness, somatic, CBT, DBT, EMDR, brief psychodynamic, existential, humanistic, and relational. I work with a wide range of presenting concerns such as: identity development, life transitions, relationship enhancement, empowered communication, family issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar, personality disorders, addiction, sexuality, sexual orientation, gender identity, polyamory/open relationships.
I am a multiculturally competent therapist, sex educator, and speaker. I have particular expertise working with young adult, gifted, LGBTQIA, and polyamorous people. I enjoy working with professionals "who have it all" yet are not happy, as well as people who feel constricted by societal roles and are seeking alternatives.
I hold a holistic view of people and health and refer to physicians, psychiatrists, acupuncturists, massage therapists, etc. to support your mental/physical health.
