Hi, I’m Sandy, and I would be honored to support you or your child as you navigate life challenges, personal growth, and healing. I work with adolescents and adults who are dealing with trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, stress, and the hard parts of being human. I know therapy can feel intimidating, so my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. I am passionate about learning about your story and exploring the version of yourself that you’d like to become.
I am EMDR trained, Certified as a Clinical Sandtray Therapist, and currently working towards my Registered Play Therapy Certification. In my sessions, I use a blend of EMDR, play therapy techniques, parts work (IFS informed), and sandtray therapy, because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all.
I am passionate about helping individuals discover their authentic selves and find greater value and meaning in their relationships and day-to-day lives.
