About
I have been doing psychotherapy since 1994. The first two years I worked with recovering alcoholics and addicts. The next 7 years I visited homes and did family counseling. Since that time I have been in Private Practice working with those who have been suffering from anxiety, depression, Posttramautic Stress, ADHD issues, marital conflict, and much more.
I have been using EMDR in my practice and have seen amazing results. I do a lot of core work with my patients who are willing to go within to identify, validate, nurture, and set healthy boundaries with their emotions that have been dismissed for years. I like to help others raise their Emotional IQ so that they can become “Empowered”.
I would like to reach out to those who are willing to take the journey within so that they can learn how to love themselves and be their own best friend. I look for those who are very dedicated and willing to make the commitment to heal. I welcome those who are tired of suffering. I also want them to know there is hope and healing for them.
