Waitlist for new clients
Let's Connect (207) 849-7376

Waitlist only! My earliest availability will be in February or March. I work with clients coping with depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and grief. I also specialize in working with first responders. Please call or email with any questions!
As a counselor, my goal is to provide a supportive and caring environment for clients to express their feelings, grow as individuals, and develop the tools they need in order to improve their wellness. I use Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients change unhelpful patterns and accomplish their goals.
I have previous experience in crisis intervention, emergency medical services, and elementary education, leading to a holistic approach. As a counselor, I strive to be an empathetic listener, a compassionate advocate, and a source of encouragement. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to better wellness.
