Welcome! I work with clients of all ages experiencing a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, and grief. I also specialize in working with first responders, with seven years of experience as a first responder myself. Community-based support may be available for those who are physically unable to travel to the office, such as those in assisted living facilities. Please call or email with any questions!
As a counselor, my goal is to provide a supportive and caring environment for clients to express their feelings and overcome challenges. I typically draw from Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients improve their mindsets, learn new skills, and accomplish their goals.
