I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience, specializing in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders such as excessive worry, depression, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and phobias. I also help individuals adapt to common life stressors such as relational issues, work challenges or general life transitions. At the start of treatment, we will work together to break down negative thought patterns that you may be keeping you stuck.
