Using the body as an ally, I use a holistic, solution-focused approach using techniques from Mindfulness, Person-Centered and Internal Family Systems therapy. I will support you in learning how to tap in to your inner voice, which can guide you to answers your mind may not have thought of.

I believe healing comes from within and I work with my clients to uncover and reestablish their own brilliant sanity by helping them mine their own internal wisdom and resources. I see the client as the expert and my role is to guide you back to your healed state of wellness and wellbeing.
