Are you tired? Feeling worn out from wearing too many masks? Maybe there are some underlying behaviors/emotions that don't seem to make sense and you want to understand more? Or maybe you're feeling exhausted because you can't seem to connect with someone who actually "gets it", which doesn't mean they're terrible people, because they do their best & they're endearing when they try, but they just don't seem to fully understand. It's hard trying to navigate life and all the complexities. There are parts that we love, other parts that we dislike.. This can cause to act in self-sabotaging ways - lashing out, trust issues, isolating.

My goal is to provide you with a safe space, a trusting therapeutic relationship, & a nurturing environment. I work with Complex PTSD, BPD, Narcissistic Abuse, Sexual Trauma, Grief/Loss, Life Transitions, Cultural Dysphoria, Anxiety, Depression, and Relationship Issues. I'm also a Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist & believe in healing powers of psychedelics.

I enjoy being a catalyst for change & healing. It comes from a place of truly wanting people to heal and grow. There's nothing more exciting than witnessing somebody exercise their inner courage.
