I'm here to help guide you in feeling more connected to yourself, and able to heal in a way that feels authentic to you.
Internal Family Systems (Parts Work), mindfulness practices, and psychodynamics (how the past impacts the present) are some of the main modalities that influence how I hold our time together. Every individual requires something different and I believe in collaborating and tailoring to what each person needs in therapy.
I work with all those who seek healing, and really enjoy working with individuals who identify as Asian American, BIPOC/ people of the global majority, and adult children of immigrants.
