Limited availability for New Clients. Call/email for free consultation. I specialize in working with people with anxiety, addiction, depressidon and marital concerns. I have extensive training and certification in addiction counseling and offer SAP/DOT evaluations.
I am trained in The Gottman Method and Discernment Counseling when working with couples and relationship matters. Discernment Counseling is session limited (5) and they tend to be 90 minutes long. There is a strong focus on the individual in the marriage and examining each individuals role in the putting the marriage on the brink of divorce.
In my career I have worked with people dealing with addiction, grief, divorce/marital issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, legal problems, family and relationship issues. My therapy includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Gottman Method and Discernment Counseling.
Life is hard sometimes and change can be confusing and stressful. A therapist can offer objective support, feedback and new skills to help you adjust or adapt to and work through concerns impacting your life.
