I am accepting new clients! I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, addiction, depression, and relationship concerns.
I am trained in both The Gottman Method and Discernment Counseling. Discernment Counseling is designed for couples who are seeking clarity, confidence about the direction of their marriage based on a deeper understanding of what has happened, including their own contrubution to the problem.
I have extensive training and certification in addiction counseling and also provide SAP/DOT evaluations for individuals who have a violation on their CDL or other safety‑sensitive positions.
I offer supportive counseling that is also open and honest. My therapy includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method and Discernment Counseling.
