I have extensive training and certification in addiction counseling and offer SAP/DOT evaluations when there is a violation against their CDL.
For couples therapy, I am trained in The Gottman Method and Discernment Counseling. Discernment Counseling is session limited (1-6) and this is for couples considering divorce or unsure of what they want/need in their marriage. More information re: discernment counseling can be found on You Tube.
In my career I have worked with people dealing with addiction, grief, divorce/marital issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, legal problems, family and relationship issues. My therapy includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method and Discernment Counseling.
