Hello and Hola! I’m so happy you’ve found your way here. I hope we have the opportunity to connect. First, I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to take this important step in seeking support. It is admirable, and your effort deserves recognition. Next, I am Dr. Sandy, a bit about me: I am a first-generation Latina, first-generation college graduate, the proud daughter of immigrants, I’m bilingual (English and Spanish) and bicultural (Mexican and American), I’m an LGBTQIA+ ally, and I’m committed to social justice. I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults (ages 12+).
I emphasize a client-centered, collaborative approach. Therapy is a partnership—whether you’re seeking support as an individual, couple,or family. You don’t have to face this journey alone; we’ll navigate it together. I have experience helping with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, cultural stress, grief, life transitions, and self-identity exploation
If you think we could be a good match, I’m currently accepting new clients and offer a free 15-minute consultation. It would be an honor to be part of your journey towards healing, self-discovery, living authentically, and growth. I look forward to connecting with you!
