Are you considering, going through, or recovering from divorce? Although I work with other issues, I specialize in helping people through the trauma of divorce, and co-creating a newly satisfying life after divorce. I strive to give you tools you can use for a lifetime. I treat relationship issues, anxiety/fears and depression. I am a trained family mediator and a Certified Mentor Coach. I work with blended families and step families. I offer family and individual divorce counseling, and family mediation services. I apply an eclectic therapeutic approach grounded in positive psychology and the science of change.
My specialties are trauma and relationship counseling. I am Level 3 trained in Gottman Method couples counseling. I am a certified family court mediator available for family mediation. I treat trauma with EMDR and ImTT. I am an experienced, certified EMDR Therapist who strives to bring the best of the best to my clients. Most of my clients get better.
Together we identify strengths and use them to resolve life challenges. I have many years counseling and coaching experience. I am a proficient EMDR therapist. EMDR is an excellent therapy to assist clients in moving past disturbing events. It helps resolve trauma, anxiety, and PTSD. I also use ImTT, a new trauma therapy even more gentle than EMDR.
