I'm here to provide a space to heal from old trauma wounds and workplace stressors that have created difficulty in work/life balance.
I specialize in helping healers and seekers of life discover a path to a deeper connection with themselves, their families, and their communities while creating a healthy work/life balance. Together we can navigate the struggles of chronic pain, chronic illness, trauma, PTSD, women's issues, grief, anxiety, and depression.
I take a strength-based and client-centered approach to collaborate with you on your healing journey. I also utilize somatic therapy, motivational interviewing, brainspotting, energy psychology, and internal family systems (IFS) to help you better understand your unique struggles, as well as help you create a healing path forward.
