My approach is a blend of evidence-based therapy and coaching tools. That includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thoughts, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process trauma, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you work with difficult emotions and reconnect with your values.
