Utilizing CBT and DBT therapeutic skills and motivational interviewing, can assist you gain the ability to deal with nervous tensions, feelings of dread and the inability to relax. Also by providing psychoeducation on how systems work together we can focus on creating goals towards being productive at home, work and school.
